The sender and the body of the text of the e-mail. Having said that, I had a previous terrible mess-up when upgrading to another version on my Mac, where the upgrade to another version caused many, many e-mails to change However, I found them by going down to "On My Computer", then "Inbox", and then, if you click on the sign > on the left hand side of "Inbox", all my old folders reappeared.Įasy, I'd say now, but I was in quite a panic when the folders were not there at first. I would have expected my old folders to be somewhere under "All Accounts" and then "Inbox", except they were not. In Outlook, you might see the categories "All Accounts", "Smart Folders", etc. I will tackleīringing them up to Inbox again in a moment, but for those who are just not THAT computer literate, they might want to try these simple steps: I could not make much sense of what it meant to expand the files manually as they were collapsed, but having just seen jisraelmd's reply on another thread (or mine?) I tried again, and found my missing folders.
